I’ve fact-checked complex, legally-sensitive features, both on staff and as a freelancer, for podcast companies like Vox, Audible, iHeart, and Campside Media, and magazines such as Outside, Mother Jones, 5280, and Texas Monthly. I’ve also fact-checked two, 100,000+ word books, Up to Speed by Christine Yu (published by Penguin Random House) and The Last Ride of the Pony Express by Will Grant (published by Little Brown). My fact-checking strategy is rigorous and thorough, but also very collaborative (and yes, even fun!).
